Borja Gumuzio serves as an Investment Manager and Investment Director at RIF, bringing extensive experience in project management,
business development, and public-private initiatives within the energy sector.
For 5 years, Borja was a Project Manager and Consultant at GNE Finance, GNE Invest I,
and GNE Ventures, where he developed expertise in managing complex projects and public-private partnerships.
Prior to this, he gained nearly a decade of experience as a Business Development Manager at Enertika, where he led sales efforts in the challenging Basque Country (País Vasco) region.
Borja holds a degree in Engineering from the Universidad País Vasco. His background in engineering combined with strong commercial and project management skills makes him an invaluable asset for sourcing and managing RIF’s investments in energy and resilient infrastructure.
