Briera Dale is the Head of ESG & Venture Partner at RIF, leading the integration of Environmental,
Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria across all investment strategies. Her expertise is crucial for driving measurable impact and resilient returns.
Briera's deep background in impact investing includes serving as
the VP & ESG Lead at GNE Finance and as Co-Founder & COO of Uniti Networks.
She spent 5 years as Head of Agri Investments at ResponsAbility Investments AG, managing sustainable
investments in the agricultural sector. She also served as a consultant for 2 years at institutions like
EBRD and Anaxago. Early in her career,
she was a Presidential Management Fellow for 3 years at the US Agency for International Development (USAID).
She holds a BA in International Relations and an MA in International
Development from Clark University, and an MBA from INSEAD. Her unique blend of development finance,
operational leadership, and ESG focus ensures RIF’s portfolio aligns with the highest standards of social and environmental stewardship.
