Paco Illueca is a Partner at RIF, bringing a powerful combination of financial management,
alternative investment expertise, and development finance experience. For 12 years,
Paco served as the CEO of GVC Gaesco Alternative Investments, leading the firm's strategic direction in the sector.
His extensive background includes 6 years as a consultant in Development
Finance for prestigious international institutions such as the World Bank, IDC, IFC, and EBRD,
giving him a global perspective on sustainable investment. He also spent five years as Finance Manager at FERSA
(now Audax) and 3 years in Corporate Finance at Banco Mediolanum.
Academically, Paco is highly regarded, having served
as a Master's Professor at Universitat Barcelona (UB) for 9 years. He holds a BBA and a Master’s in
Financial Markets from UB. His deep financial knowledge and long-standing leadership in alternative assets are instrumental
to RIF's strategic vision.
